A woman from Mountain Home has been arrested for allegedly stealing lottery tickets at the business she worked for. 41-year-old Nicole Ashley Guinn allegedly took 32 lottery tickets from a locked cabinet she had a key to. The tickets were later cashed out. Guinn has been charged with felony counts of theft of property and lottery fraud. She has been ordered to pay $2,540 in restitution to the former employer and $1,285 in separate restitution to the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery. She is being held on a $7,500 bond
