39-year-old Jason Paul Boisclair of Gassville is charged with felony counts of negligent homicide and battery in the second degree along with misdemeanor counts of driving while intoxicated second offense, driving while his license was suspended for DWI, and driving left of center. Boisclair was driving a vehicle that crossed the center line and hit a vehicle, killing 27-year-old Topanga maxwell and seriously injuring 45-year-old Brandon Phillips. The accident happened on Highway 62/412 east of Gassville on February 10th. He is free on a $10,000 bond.
