The Body of a man missing in Independence County has been recovered. The independence County Sheriff’s Office says the man disappeared on March 18th near the White River in Rosie Arkansas. He was found approximately 200 yards downstream from where the UTV he was driving went into the water. The victims’ name has not been released.
