A woman was killed in a Moped accident Tuesday afternoon on State Route K, in West Plains. According to the West Plains Police report, 67-year-old Judy Kay Barnes was killed when the Moped she was driving entered the westbound land and hit a Chevy Equinox. Barnes was ejected from the Moped and an SUV following the accident hit Barnes. Emergency crews were busy for two hours clearing the scene.
