40-year-old Megan Holcomb was arrested on charges of third-degree assault special victim, Fourth-degree assault, resisting arrest, DWI, and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. Holcomb allegedly kicked a state trooper in the leg and spat in his face. She was taken to the Texas County jail and her bond was set at $300,000
