50-year-old Julianna Sue Ungerank was arrested in Randolph County and transported to Oregon County on an Oregon County warrant for failure to appear on charges of felony DWI, felony driving while revoked and felony first-degree endangering the welfare of a child creating substantial risk. She is being held on a $10,000 cash or surety bond.
