At Approximately midnight on Tuesday, Izard County Deputy Toby Smith responded to a complaint of a suspicious vehicle at Calico Rock near the intersection of Highways 5 and 56. After investigation three individuals were taken into custody on charges of Possession of Meth, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Defaced Firearm, and Simultaneous Possession Drugs and Firearms. It was later determined the firearm was reported stolen from West Plains, MO. The suspects are 28 year old Blake Giller of Salem, AR., 29 year old Gregory Cook of Mammoth Springs, AR., and 28 year old Kevin Barnes of Koshkonong, MO. Bonds for the three men were set at $40,000 each.
