68-year-old Alan Heady is charged with statutory sodomy or attempt of a person less than 12 years old. The Child allegedly told a parent that Heady touched her inappropriately. Heady was reportedly living with the family of the child and was involved in a relationship with a family member. Heady was indicted by a grand jury on April 14th. He has been released on a $50,000 bond and will be in court on May 1st.
