Kristopher Gould was charged with negligent homicide in the death of a construction worker that he allegedly ran over in a construction zone near the Tyronza Bridge on Interstate 555. The Arkansas Court of Appeals denied his appeal on Thursday. Gould allegedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.326, which is four times the legal limit. Gould was found guilty in 2021 and sentenced to 15 years in prison
