Over the past weekend, Ozark County Deputies conducted investigations on several registered sex offenders in the county. 4 were discovered to be out of compliance with their sex offender registration requirements. Requirements include but are limited to registering addresses of residence and employment, vehicles, phone numbers, emails, and personal social media pages.
Three were located and arrested this weekend, other charges have been sent to the prosecutor for review for those not located at their registered addresses.
Richard Stover, Albert Struckle, and Scott Hannaford were all arrested and booked into jail over the weekend.
Eddie Pogue of Gainesville is out of compliance with his requirements but was not located. If you know the whereabouts of this individual, you can contact the Sheriff’s Office or let him know he needs to come to the office.
