The Highway Patrol reports that a 15-year-old girl drove off the road and hit a tree. The girl suffered moderate injuries and an 11-year-old girl in the vehicle suffered minor injuries. The 15-year-old was taken to Ozarks Healthcare. The accident happened on Route BB, five miles north of West Plains.
