Christopher Kieth allegedly became irate while staying at the Days Inn with two other people. The two people ran away from him. Keith searched for the two, then entered the lobby of the business with a knife and threatened the hotel employee. The employee ran into the restroom. Keith then drove to the Spring River Lodge where he allegedly held two employees at Knife Point. He then ran his truck into the building. Then he led police on a chase on Highway 63, wrecking his vehicle. He then allegedly held the knife to his own throat but was convinced to drop the knife by Sharp County Sheriff Shane Russell. Keith is charged with aggravated assault, criminal mischief, reckless driving, fleeing, and DWI.
