The Highway Patrol reports that 18-year-old Justin Kelley of Delaplaine Arkansas, suffered minor injuries when he ran off the road and struck a fence then overturned the truck he was driving. The accident happened on county road 142 East 24A, five miles east of Doniphan. Kelley was taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.
