The Highway Patrol reports that 58-year-old Angela Tillman of Alton and 46-year-old Lillian Blackstein of Stover both suffered serious injuries when the car Tilman was driving crossed the center line and hit the van driven by 51-year-old Ronnie Blackstein of Stover. Lillian Blackstein was flown to Regional Medical Center in Memphis, Tilman was taken to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains. The accident happened on Highway E, six miles south of Alton.
