The Arkansas State Police report that 38-year-old Jonathan Wray was killed and 59-year-old Gary Fultner was injured when Wray crossed the centerline and hit the truck that Fultner was driving. Fultner was taken to NEA Baptist Hospital. The accident happened Tuesday morning east of Lake City.
