45-year-old Jeremy Niederbrach was arrested on a Fulton County warrant for felony delivery of fentanyl and felony delivery of a schedule 1 or 2 controlled substance. He is also being held on an Arkansas Board of Parole absconder warrant for parole violation. No bond was set for either warrant. Niederbrach was taken to the Thayer Police Department Jail.
