Terry Alex Griffith is charged with two counts of first-degree assault, one count of third-degree assault=special victim, disarming a police officer, unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal action. The incident happened on June 10th, Griffith plead not guilty to the charges and has been released on a $100,000 bond. He will have a counsel status hearing on July 17th.
