The Highway Patrol reports that 18-year-old Jayce Terrell suffered moderate injuries when he drove off the road and overturned the SUV he was driving. Terrell was taken to Cox South Hospital. He was also charged with DWI, Careless and imprudent driving, involving an accident, no seatbelt, and violating provisions of an intermediate license. The accident happened on Highway 76, one and a half miles east of Bradleyville.
