Trevor Mansker was arrested on Monday for break-ins at docks in Isabella, and Theodosia. Stolen property was recovered in Mansker’s vehicle and returned to the owners. The investigation is still ongoing and multiple stolen items are still missing and there are two additional suspects in the case.
