The Highway Patrol reports that 18-year-old Anthony Fisher and 18-year-old Quinsey Doolittle both suffered moderate injuries when Fisher, drove off the road and overturned the Jeep he was driving.. Fisher was charged with DWI, and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. Both teens were taken to Ozarks Healthcare. The accident happened on Highway 14, 20 miles west of West Plains.
