30-year-old Samual Loomis was arrested for felony unlawful possession of a firearm, driving while suspended, no insurance, failure to register a motor vehicle, failure to transfer title, and failure to properly affix license. He was taken to the Howell County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
