19-year-old Cady Campbell and two juveniles ages 14 and 13 have all been charged. The juveniles are charged with three counts of arson, two counts of residential burglary, two counts of commercial burglary, and one count of theft of property. The 13-year-old was also charged with first-degree criminal mischief and possession of an instrument of crime. Campbell was charged with felony commercial burglary. The three allegedly admitted to having knowledge of or having been directly involved in the starting of the structure fires.”
