The highway Patrol says that 31-year-old Anthony Lovan suffered moderate injuries when he drove off the road and overturned the ATV with Lovan being ejected from it. Lovan was taken to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains. He is charged with DWI, resisting arrest, operating a vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner resulting in an accident, operating an unregistered ATV, unlawfully operating an ATV without an orange triangle, and unlawfully operating an ATV without a safety flag. The accident happened on Timberline Road, four miles north of Willow Springs.
