32-year-old Loren Deerwater is charged with felony first-degree assault, felony first-degree domestic assault, and felony armed criminal action. Deerwater allegedly struck a victim in the head with a flashlight multiple times causing injury. Deerwater was taken to Texas County jail and is being held without bond.
