The MSHP reports that 57-year-old Williams Taylor and 47-year-old Sammie Baugher were arrested Sunday morning. Taylor is charged with felony possession of a controlled substance meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, no valid license, failure to comply with ignition device requirements, no insurance, and displaying the plates of another. Baugher is charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were taken to the Douglas County jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
