The Baxter County Sheriff’s office reports that 35-year-old Kendra Beth Wells was arrested on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, indecent exposure, public intoxication, criminal trespass, and disorderly conduct. Her bond was set at $7,500.
