The Ozark County Sheriff’s Department announces the arrest of a man who was a registered sex offender from Taney County. Brian Cuthbertson was allegedly living in Ozark County without registering. Cuthbertson resisted and a use of force occurred. He was arrested and booked into jail for failure to register as a sex offender and resisting arrest. He is currently being held at jail on a $7500 cash bond.
