52-year-old Arlie Brinkley was arrested after he was allegedly clocked going 106 mph in a 65 mph zone. Brinkley is charged with felony DWI chronic offender, felony driving while revoked, speeding, and no insurance. He was taken to Wright County jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
