The Howell County Sheriff’s Department reports several arrest. 38 year old Patrick Jewvine Rushton of West Plains was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of a weapon. He was released after posted $4,500 bond. 31 year old Bradley Scott Kosemund of West Plains was arrested for Failure to Appear on charges of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to wear a seatbelt. He was released on $1,500 bond. 38 year old Zachary King of Willow Springs was arrested at the Texas County Sheriff’s Department on charges of Failure to appear on a charge of unlawful use of a weapon and possession of a controlled substance. His bond was set at $11,500. 31 year old James Harlan Vinegard of Thayer was arrested for failure to appear on charges of stealing a firearm and stealing $750 or more. His bond was set at $5,000. 35 year old Levi Daniel Gunter of West Plains was arrested at the Licking Correctional Facility on a charge of resisting or interfering with an arrest. Bond was set at $4,500. 33 year old Randy Wayne Russell was arrested on Shannon County charges of failure to appear on possession of marijuana and Winona Cirt warrant for Failure to appear. He was released on $416 bail. 30 year old Michael Blake Mansfield of Myrtle was arrested on charges of distribution of a controlled substance, Bond was set at $4,500. 23 year old Ashton Dakota Rolen was arrested for failure to appear on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, possession of marijuana, and several traffic offenses. Bond was set at $6,000. 29 year old Destry Don Shed of West Plains was arrested for failure to register as a sex offender and probation violation. Shed is held without bond.
