According to reports, Deputy Sherman conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on State Highway 5. K9 Karo was deployed and indicated there was a controlled substance in the car. A search yielded paraphernalia. Christopher Campbell and Carrie Laird were arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Christopher was on his way home from the Department of Corrections and was still wearing his prison sandals. He is currently on parole for possession of a controlled substance.
