Two Mountain Home residents have been arrested on felony charges for introducing a controlled substance to another person. 29-year-old Kyle Wayne Vestal faces two counts and 39-year-old Patricia Kersey faces one count. Both are being held in Baxter County jail. The bond for Vestal is set at $35,000 and the bond for Kersey is at $25,000.
