A man from Beulah Missouri has been arrested in Texas County on charges of murdering his brother. 62-year-old James Gordan is accused of killing 58-year-old Christopher Gordan at the Crow Creek Grill and Bar around 4 pm on Thursday. Authorities say that bystanders were able to take the gun from Gordan after the shooting. Investigators report the two men had an ongoing feud. Gordan is charged with second-degree murder and domestic assault.
