This scholarship was developed for those pursuing a career in Law Enforcement or a closely related field. This scholarship is strictly funded by donations and fundraisers and is not a part of any tax dollars. This was the first year the scholarship was provided and Mackinley is one of two recipients this year to receive the scholarship. Mackinley will be attending College at MSU West Plains where she will be playing softball as she pursues a career in Forensic Science.
