The Highway Patrol reports that 20-year-old Gabreal Cotter suffered minor injuries when he ran off the road and hit a tree. Cotter was taken to Ozarks Healthcare. The accident happened on County Road 5490, nine miles northwest of West Plains. Cotter was also charged with DWI.
