The Highway Patrol says that 18-year-old Justice Martin of West Plains drove off the road and overturned the car he was driving. Martin suffered minor injuries and two passengers, 21-year-old George Jenkins from Koshkonong and 22-year-old Zevi Whittingham of West Plains both suffered serious injuries. All three were taken to Ozarks Healthcare. The accident happened on U.S. 160, five miles west of West Plains.
