50-year-old Jerry Puckett was arrested for felony possession of controlled substance meth, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor stealing, resisting arrest by fleeing, failure to display valid plates, failure to maintain financial proof, and no valid driver’s license. He was taken to Howell County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
