Former Arkansas Razorback and NFL running back Alex Collins is dead at 28 following a fatal crash in Florida.
The former Seattle Seahawks player was killed Sunday night when a motorcycle he was driving collided with a Chevrolet Suburban SUV near Lauderdale Lake, Florida.
Collins starred at Arkansas, where he rushed for 1,000 yards in three consecutive seasons and scored 20 touchdowns as a junior. He is one of just five players in SEC history to rush for 1,000 yards in three straight seasons, along with Herschel Walker, Kevin Faulk, Darren McFadden and Benny Snell Jr.
