21-year-old William Patrick Swik was arrested Wednesday and is charged with raping a person less than 14 years old. Swik allegedly admitted to having sexual intercourse with a 13-year-old girl on two different occasions. Swik is being held in the Randolph County Detention Center awaiting his next court appearance.
