The Highway Patrol says that 32-year-old Gary Goforth suffered moderate injuries when another vehicle crossed the centerline causing Goforth to run off the road. Goforth then came back onto the road and hit the other vehicle. The accident happened on Highway B, seven miles east of Guardian. Goforth was taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center
