38-year-old Zachary Aaron Guiltner was arrested and charged with felony possession of a schedule one or two controlled substances with the purpose to deliver, DWI, Parole violation, and Littering and he is also charged as a habitual offender. He was taken to the Baxter County Detention Center and his bond was set at $25,000
