34-year-old Kenneth Bradley Quin Arnold is charged with endangering the welfare of a child causing substantial risk. Arnold had allegedly been texting a 16-year-old girl trying to get her to meet him for sex. Arnold is scheduled to be in Ozark County Court on October 24th for a preliminary hearing.
