Two Van Buren Residents have been arrested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Butler County. 30 year old Cassie Fant and 36 year old Ryan Black were both arrested for felony first degree trafficking, Fant is also charged with failure to appear on an original charge of shoplifting. Both were taken to the Butler County jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
