A town-hall type meeting was held Tuesday evening at the Whistle Stop Stage in downtown Thayer to discuss the proposed veteran memorial wall. I talked to Mayor Ken Cotham after the meeting
I also talked to Ken Brown one of the people who wanted the wall on the hill by the current memorial, Mr Brown said he was happy with the decision and talked about getting started..
Again work will not begin until after it is approved by the council.
