47-year-old Aaron Fears was arrested on charges of felony resisting arrest, a felony warrant from the board of probation and parole for probation violation, a Doniphan Police Department warrant for felony possession of amphetamine, and a Shannon County warrant for no seatbelt. 22-year-old Brandon Knudsen was arrested on charges of felony hindering prosecution, a Texas County warrant for speeding, and a Texas County warrant for no seat belt. Both men were taken to the Reynolds County Jail.
