A Houston Missouri Couple have been arrested after an investigation by The Missouri State Highway Patrol and the Texas County Sheriff’s Department. 46 year old Paul Dodd and 55 year old Lisa Dodd were both arrested on charges of 1st degree tampering and misdemeanors of possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
