31-year-old James Edward Mansfield of Powhaten was arrested after a juvenile went to an area Hospital and told them she had been sexually assaulted by Mansfield. The assault allegedly took place over a three-week period. Mansfield is charged with felony rape and his bond was set at $500,000.
