In 2017 the Sheriff’s Office conducted an investigation that led to the arrest and conviction of Jerry Studdard for multiple charges related to sex with several different minors over the course of approximately 10 years.
Sergeant Miller reviews past cases to determine if there are any additional leads on past cases. During his investigation, he determined that Jerry’s wife, Gena Studdard, acted in concert with her husband during this time in the exploitation of those minors.
The report was finished and a no-bond warrant was issued for Gena Studdard for three counts of first-degree domestic assault, Armed Criminal Action, two counts of second-degree statutory sodomy, Three counts of first-degree Statutory Sodomy with a person under 12, and three counts of first-degree child molestation.
On Thursday, deputies conducted a warrant service for Gena Studdard at her residence. She was arrested and booked into jail for her warrant.
