37-year-old James Meese is charged with two counts of first-degree sexual misconduct. Meeses allegedly exposed himself to two women in separate incidents at the Georgia White Walking Park in West Plains. Meese allegedly denied the allegations, but according to reports he is on probation for indecent exposure. Meese is free after posting $5,000 bond
