Some City of West Plains’ utility customers may receive a small refund in their upcoming utility bill due to a surcharge overpayment, with credits ranging from $2.50 to $17.50 depending on the customer’s length of service.
Residents will see a line item called “Sewer OTC” with a negative sign to the right of the number, indicating that it was applied as a credit and not a charge.
If the customer’s account was not impacted, the line item will read zero.
