39-year-old Wesley Alan Palmer was arrested on charges of possession of a schedule 1 or 2 controlled substance with the purpose to deliver, felony possession of a controlled substance, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, and misdemeanor failure to appear and non-payment of fines. He was taken to the Baxter County Detention Center and the bond was set at $11,395.
